There are some questions being raised as to why the City of Cle Elum started increasing its funding of reserves to $6,000,000/yr as of 2024.
City Heights Awarded Attorney Fees of $2.3M (1/22/25)
This puts the current due, as of 1/24/25, at approx. $25,175,000, and now accruing interest of a rate of approx. $8,100/day.
What are Cle Elum Downtown Association's (CEDA) priorities??
Is it possible that CEDA has a conflict of interest because they have plans to expand City Hall in order to move their offices there (see below)?? 🤔
